"Moulds Sculpt Ice" HOTELS Magazine International December
1997
Icecraft International, manufacturer of specialised re-useable sculpture moulds, is
going from strength to strength in the domestic and international food service market.
During the past 10 years, the Queensland based company has been perfecting its ice
sculpture moulds, which are patented in 23 countries including the US, every EC country
and Japan, the home of ice sculpting.
The moulds were invented by Cec Lipke, who died last year. His wife Viv and son
Wayne are continuing his work and are confident about the future of the business.
Designs in the range now number 45 with new designs being added regularly.
According to Mrs Viv Lipke, the moulds have demonstrated they are capable of returning
their total cost to the purchaser in just a couple of months in the value of sculptures
they can produce in that time. BACK
